Bali is one of provinces in Indonesia which is mainly driven by tourism sector. The Balinese foods include Sate Lilit, Ayam Betutu, Sate Plecing, Babi Guling, Lawar, Sambal Matah, Jukut Ares, Tum Babi, Sromotan, Nasi Campur, and the other traditional foods. Among those foods, the three most favorite foods are Sate Lilit, Ayam Betutu, and Sate Plecing.
Moreover, the survey result shows that there are some factors which influence the types and the taste of foods in Bali, such as the availability of ingredients, the characteristic of people, the preference of taste, culture and tradition, climate, religion, and the heritage from ancestor.
